It has been a tough year but let's start the new year right and gather some swappers. ... We are planning a swap for the beginning of February ...... I think that we all need to start getting Ventura County as hot a spot to swap as our fellow swappers...I will be posting regularly through out the year and hope we can get our swappin' engines roaring....Happy Holiday coming great time to use some of your home made goods for gifts....they are the best....

San Francisco Natural Food Swap

San Francisco had their first Raw Foods Swap in the SF South Bay. It was a great success! They had about 15 swappers and  added a few twists of their own to the event. Since they are all foodies, they also brought cookbooks and kitchen tools to trade - How awesome is that. A great way to get rid of tools/books they no longer use to trade for ones they have been wanting to try.

 I love this idea and I think will incorporate it into our next swap.....
